Refund and Returns Policy

At Emydun Packaging and Organics, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The item is not a custom or perishable product

To start a return, please contact us at +234 708 320 4443 with your order number and the reason for the return.

Items Eligible for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• The packaging is intact and not tampered with
• The product is not a final sale, perishable, or a hygiene-sensitive item (e.g., opened cosmetic ingredients, used tools or molds)

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns on:

• Used or opened cosmetic/raw materials
• Molds or containers that have been used
• Custom orders or personalized items
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email or WhatsApp] with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A brief reason for the return (e.g., received wrong item, damaged in transit)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a wrong or damaged item, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is wrong or damaged).
• We do not accept returns on opened cosmetic ingredients or used molds for hygiene reasons.
